Welcome to Kalbi Korean BBQ! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our restaurant services, website, and any other interactions with our business. By dining with us, making a reservation, or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms.
1. General Dining Policy
1.1. All-You-Can-Eat Service – Guests must adhere to restaurant rules regarding all-you-can-eat dining, including no sharing with non-participating guests and no takeout of leftovers. Food waste may result in an additional charge.
1.2. Dining Time Limit – To ensure a great experience for all customers, dining time may be limited during peak hours (e.g., 90 minutes per table).
1.3. Table Sharing & Group Seating – We do our best to accommodate group seating, but large groups may be split across multiple tables based on availability.
2. Reservations & Private Events
2.1. Reservations – Reservations are recommended, especially during weekends and holidays. You can book a table via phone at +1 514-878-3388.
2.2. Late Arrivals & Cancellations – If you are late for your reservation by 15 minutes or more, we may release the table to walk-in guests. Please notify us if you are running late.
2.3. Private Events – Private dining rooms are available for events. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
3. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
3.1. Pricing – All menu prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Prices may change without prior notice.
3.2. Payment Methods – We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Digital payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) may also be available.
3.3. Refund Policy – Once an order is placed and prepared, no refunds will be issued. In case of issues with your meal, please inform our staff immediately.
4. Conduct & Safety
4.1. Respectful Behavior – Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other diners. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
4.2. Grill & Fire Safety – As a self-grill restaurant, guests must exercise caution while handling the tabletop grills. Kalbi Korean BBQ is not liable for any injuries caused by negligent use of equipment.
4.3. Damage & Liability – Customers are responsible for any damage caused to restaurant property.
5. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
5.1. Allergens – While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles ingredients such as soy, sesame, nuts, seafood, dairy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% allergen-free.
5.2. Customer Responsibility – Guests with severe allergies must notify our staff before ordering.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Customer Information – Any personal details provided for reservations or events are kept confidential and used solely for booking purposes.
6.2. Security Measures – We take reasonable precautions to protect customer data, but we are not liable for any data breaches beyond our control.
7. Amendments & Updates
Kalbi Korean BBQ reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
